Rondo has been one of the most influential guards of the 21st century, playing a much different game than we see guards playing today. The two-time NBA champion always put his team first, earning the NBA assist leader three seasons throughout his career in 2012, 2013, and 2016 and being awarded the two-time NBA all-defensive team in 2010 and 2011.

While Rondo won an NBA championship with the Boston Celtics in 2008, his most recent championship came with Lebron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020.
