Nuggets center Nikola Jokic moves to No. 3 on Denver’s all-time scoring list (13,978), passing Carmelo Anthony (13,970) while defeating the Spurs 110-105.
Jokic entered the game needing 34 points to tie Anthony’s record and ended up overachieving, tying his season-high 42 points and adding 16 rebounds and six assists. This is only Jokic’s second game, scoring 40+ points this season. The last occasion was Jan. 19, 2024, against the Wizards, where he again scored 42 points along with 12 rebounds and eight assists.

With the Nuggets' win over the Spurs and the Thunders' 109-105 loss to the Sixers, Denver has reclaimed the No. 1 seed in the West, pushing Oklahoma City back to No. 2. While both teams have clinched a playoff berth, the final two weeks of the regular season will be a battle to determine seeding for the Western Conference playoffs. If the Nuggets can hold their position until April 14, they will face the No. 8 seed in the West.
