    Klay Thompson knocked down seven three's Thursday night against Houston

    Golden State defeated Houston 133-110 Thursday night to capture their sixth straight victory with ten days remaining in the regular season.

    The Warriors currently sit in the No. 10 seed in the West, and if their position holds until April 14, Golden State will receive a bid to the NBA play-in tournament. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson recorded 29 points to lead all scorers and combined for ten assists and nine rebounds. 21 of Thompson’s 29 points came from beyond the arc, shooting 7-11 from three-point range, and Curry went a perfect 9-9 from the free throw line.

    Golden State's victory over Houston is crucial to the playoff race in the West, where the Rockets hold the No. 11 seed. Houston went red hot in March, winning 11 straight to position themselves one game behind Golden State. Since then, the Warriors have extended their lead to four games, with less than two weeks remaining in the regular season.
