Anthony Edwards poured in 35 points and dished out six assists to lead the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 120–113 win over the Utah Jazz on Monday night — their second victory over Utah in four days.

Minnesota, which routed the Jazz 137–97 on Friday and dominated Sacramento 144–117 on Sunday, has now won three straight and five of its last six.

Edwards extended his streak of 30-point games to nine, the longest such run ever by an NBA player against Utah. Julius Randle added 27 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists, while Rudy Gobert contributed 14 points and 12 boards in his return to Salt Lake City.

Keyonte George led the Jazz with 27 points, and Lauri Markkanen followed with 23.

Utah jumped ahead early, closing the first quarter on a 10–0 run sparked by back-to-back George baskets to take a 30–26 lead. But the Timberwolves answered with a 10–0 surge of their own late in the second quarter, powered by Randle’s scoring and playmaking, to move back in front.

Starting with Randle’s reverse layup just before halftime, Minnesota strung together 15 unanswered points to open the third quarter, seizing control for good. Edwards scored three buckets and assisted on two more during that stretch as the Wolves built an 86–64 lead midway through the period.

Utah battled back to cut the deficit to single digits multiple times in the fourth quarter but never got closer than seven points.

Minnesota hosts the Sacramento Kings on Friday, while Utah hosts the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night.
