Anthony Davis recorded his first triple-double of the season and led the Dallas Mavericks (39-42) to a 124-102 win over the short-handed Toronto Raptors (30-51) on Friday, April 11, snapping a three-game losing streak.

Davis posted 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists, along with a season-high seven blocks. It marked his fourth career triple-double and his first since February 2024. Dallas used a dominant second quarter—outscoring Toronto 31-13—to pull away, eventually building a lead as large as 38 points.

Davis set the tone on both ends, capping his triple-double with an alley-oop assist to Dereck Lively II early in the fourth. Brandon Williams returned to the rotation after signing a multi-year deal Thursday, following the expiration of his two-way contract. Dallas rebounded from a difficult loss to the Lakers on Wednesday, in which former teammate Luka Dončić scored 45 points in his return.

Max Christie and Brandon Williams each scored 17 points off the bench for the Mavericks, who secured a spot in the Western Conference play-in tournament. They’ll face Sacramento on Wednesday in a 9 vs. 10 elimination game.

Scottie Barnes led the Raptors with 26 points, and Ochai Agbaji added 24, including a career-high-tying six 3-pointers. Agbaji scored 17 in the first quarter alone, matching Toronto's highest-scoring quarter from a player this season.

Toronto dressed a season-low eight players and played only seven. Starters RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley were ruled out to rest. Outside of Barnes and Agbaji, the rest of the Raptors shot a combined 3-of-31 in the first half, during which the team missed all nine of its 3-point attempts and went five minutes without a field goal.

Dallas wraps up the regular season Sunday at Memphis, while Toronto visits San Antonio.
