The Orlando Magic delivered a record-setting performance Thursday night, routing the Sacramento Kings 131-94 and handing Sacramento a franchise-record 15th straight loss.

Paolo Banchero led the way with 30 points, knocking down 5 of 7 from beyond the arc while adding six assists and five rebounds in the opener of Orlando’s four-game road trip. The Magic buried a team-record 27 3-pointers on 50 attempts, surpassing their previous mark of 25 set in 2004.

Anthony Black added 20 points for Orlando, while Desmond Bane scored 17, Jett Howard had 16 and Jevon Carter chipped in 14. Sitting seventh in the Eastern Conference, the Magic improved to 29-25.

Sacramento, now an NBA-worst 12-45, surpassed its previous franchise losing streaks of 14 games set during its days as the Cincinnati Royals. The skid comes just one day after star big man Domantas Sabonis and guard Zach LaVine underwent season-ending surgeries.

Maxime Raynaud led the Kings with 17 points, while Keegan Murray added 15 and both Precious Achiuwa and Malik Monk scored 14.

Orlando took control after halftime. Banchero scored 18 first-half points to help the Magic to a 64-55 lead. Sacramento trimmed the deficit to 83-81 late in the third quarter, but Orlando responded with a 19-3 run to close the period and extend the margin to 102-84. Tristan da Silva drilled three straight 3-pointers early in the fourth as the Magic outscored the Kings 48-13 over the final 16:25.
