Toumani Camara poured in a career-high 30 points on 8-of-10 shooting from 3-point range, Deni Avdija added 26 points and 10 rebounds, and the Portland Trail Blazers erupted in the third quarter to roll past the Philadelphia 76ers 135-118 on Monday night.

Jerami Grant and Donovan Clingan scored 15 points apiece for Portland, which trailed 65-64 at halftime before overwhelming Philadelphia 49-22 in the third quarter to seize control.

The 76ers played without Joel Embiid, who sat out to rest his right knee after scoring 33 points in a win at Phoenix on Saturday. Tyrese Maxey led Philadelphia with 30 points, and Kelly Oubre Jr. added 19 as the 76ers finished a 3-2 Western road trip and lost for just the second time in their last eight games.

Philadelphia briefly moved in front 67-64 on Andre Drummond’s layup to open the second half, but that proved to be the Sixers’ final lead. Grant tied the game with a 3-pointer, Avdija followed with one of his own, and Portland surged ahead with an 18-4 run capped by another Avdija 3 to make it 82-69.

The Blazers continued to pour it on, stretching the margin to as many as 28 points when Robert Williams III knocked down a 3-pointer with 29 seconds left in the third quarter to make it 113-85.

Avdija returned after missing Saturday’s win over Memphis with a back ailment and played a central role in Portland’s breakout quarter. Scoot Henderson also returned after sitting out Saturday with a left hamstring issue, finishing with 12 points and seven assists.

Portland shot 22 of 54 from beyond the arc in the victory.
