Jimmy Butler scored 32 points and logged eight rebounds, Stephen Curry found his rhythm after halftime to finish with 27 points and seven assists, and the Golden State Warriors pulled away to beat the New York Knicks 126-113 on Thursday night.

Moses Moody added 21 points, knocking down seven 3-pointers, and Brandin Podziemski contributed 19 as the Warriors placed four players in double figures and controlled the game down the stretch.

New York, playing without injured point guard Jalen Brunson (sprained right ankle), was led by Deuce McBride and OG Anunoby with 25 points apiece. Mikal Bridges scored 21, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 17 points and a season-high 20 rebounds. The loss was the Knicks’ seventh in their last nine games.

Curry struggled early, missing all four of his 3-point attempts in the first half. He finally connected from deep with 9:44 remaining in the third quarter, marking just the third time this season he failed to make a 3 before halftime. He took over late, scoring five straight points midway through the fourth to stretch Golden State’s lead to 107-94.

Butler continued his recent surge, posting his second 30-point game in the last three contests and his fifth overall this season. Moody shot 7 of 9 from beyond the arc for his sixth 20-point performance, and the Warriors had three players score at least 20 points for the eighth time this year.

Draymond Green was assessed a Flagrant 1 foul with 11:01 remaining after replay review ruled he tripped Towns from the floor. Golden State also lost reserve forward Gui Santos, who was helped off the court with a left ankle sprain after colliding with Josh Hart late in the first quarter.
