Buffalo Bills wide receiver Jamison Crowder fractured his ankle on a punt return Sunday vs the Baltimore Ravens. Crowder was carted off the field and was spotted on crutches following the game.
He will undergo further evaluation and imaging today for additional soft tissue and ligamentous damage to determine severity of the injury and timeline. Fractures themselves take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to heal before return to sport begins, additional structural damage could lengthen that timeline even more. Likely his season is over.
