Last Weeks picks: QB - Geno continued strong, logging QB 3 numbers. Bridgewater was a bust lasting 1 play before getting concussed and injured. Pickett wasn’t terrible and ended up at QB20. RB - Melvin Gordon and Mike Boone were both respectable, coming in at RB 25 and 29. Unfortunately, Atlanta had a terrible day, and neither of our picks was the right one. Avery Williams got the most work and came in at RB 30. Brian Robinson saw a little action but wait to see what comes next. WR - Reynolds came in at WR 20, and Pickens came in at WR 23. Corey Davis had an off day. TE - Dissly had an off day. On to the Waiver Wire after Week 6. QB:
- Desmond Ritter - This is not a good week for QBs, so all the picks will be reach guys who either are starting this week or starting soon. Ritter will get a shot as Mariota struggles to get the Falcons moving.
- Bailey Zappe - Mac Jones may be back, but the Pats system seems to find ways to get young guys a shot at performing.
- Skylar Thompson - Miami is loaded with talent, and with the two QBs in various states of concussion, Thompson might be an exciting flier.
RB:
- Ken Walker - If you have a waiver budget, time to spend all your dollars. Penny is out for the year, so it’s Walker time.
- Eno Benjamin - The Cards backfield is dropping like flies, and Benjamin is next up.
- Tevin Coleman - The SF backfield will be a revolving door with a lot of guys injured or coming off injuries. If you need a Week 6 flier, Coleman is your guy. Not sure how long he gets to start, but for this week, he should be helpful.
WR:
- Jakobi Meyers - Had a big week with Zappe. He should do even better when Jones is back.
- Alec Pierce - Still an edge player; he had a good week and will hopefully get more playing time as he earns reps with Matt Ryan.
- Randall Cobb - Cobb had a fountain of youth week and could become a reliable target for Rodgers.
TE:
- Hayden Hurst - Hurst had a breakout week. Grab him fast. Atlanta is coming up in two weeks!
