Week 6 is approaching and injuries are starting to mean even more than before. As teams attempt to separate themselves from their division rivals and stack up wins, notable players can be a big difference maker. New injuries mean nagging symptoms that can affect performance and have even bigger implications as the season continue. While some teams are getting players back, others are still missing some key playmakers.
Quarterbacks have a large impact on games as they touch the ball essentially every offensive play. The Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys look as though they may have to rely on their backup QBs in this weeks match-up. Atlanta and New England are both losing depth at their running back position while The Saints continue to be without a top WR1 in practice and games as of late. Its the time of year when [teams injuries](https://www.thepredictors.com/Injury Snapshots/) start to add up.
While some feel the effects of adversity from injury others look forward to week 6 as their hopes look to see those they need on the field this coming weekend.
Broncos QB Russell Wilson continues to deal with a lat injury but seems ready to pad up this coming Sunday. Miami's Xavien Howard's groin is feeling well enough for him to suit up while their WR Tyreek Hill who was in a walking boot is trending towards playing as well. Cowboys Dalton Schultz re-aggravated his PCL injury last week but is planning on getting out there and Kyle Pitts practiced after missing last week due to a soft tissue Hamstring injury. A tough one for skill positions to return from.
We will continue to watch these throughout the week to see how they progress for updates. Week 6 is coming fast and its time for health to mean even more!
