    Chargers Extend K Cameron Dicker

The Chargers and fan favorite Cameron Dicker agree to a four-year extension worth up to $22.008 million, of which $12.5 million is guaranteed. This deal ties Dicker and the Chargers together through the 2028 season. Dicker has a career average of 94.5% on his field goal attempts and is a perfect 59/59 on extra points throughout his 28 games of kicking.

Dicker, who went undrafted two years ago from Texas, was with the Rams as a punter before he was cut in his first training camp. He then signed with the Eagles, played one game, and went 2/2 on his field goals. After that stint, he spent one and a half years with the Chargers, where his kicking dominance has been apparent.

It's an improbable story, as just two years ago, he was cut from the Rams in training camp, and he is now one of the top five highest-paid kickers in the NFL.
