The Minnesota Vikings continue to look like one of the best teams in the NFL, improving to 4-0 after beating the Packers 31-29. The Vikings are one of the last four undefeated teams in the NFL.

Sam Darnold has played a huge role in the Vikings success, and continued that today. Darnold completed 20 of his 28 passes for 275 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. He also rushed for 15 yards in the game.

So far this season, Darnold has completed nearly 70% of his passes for 932 yards and 11 touchdowns. He only has three interceptions on the year. Darnold is also the first quarterback in Minnesota Vikings history to produce a passer rating over 100 in each of the first four games of the season.

Big games from Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison also helped lead the Vikings to victory. Jefferson made several big catches, and ended the day with 85 yards and a touchdown. He has played great all year. Addison was able to haul in three catches for 72 yards and a touchdown in his first game back from an ankle injury.

Aaron Jones also impressed against his former team, accumulating 93 yards on the ground. Jones also played a big role in the receiving game, catching four passes for 46 yards.

Jordan Love’s Lambeau Field debut was spoiled by Minnesota as he played his first game since getting injured in Brazil. Love threw for 389 yards and four touchdowns, but also threw three interceptions while trying to lead a comeback.

Jayden Reed played a great game in Love’s return, bringing in seven catches for 139 yards and a touchdown. He has been Love’s go-to guy so far, and will look to be that option all season. Dontayvion Wicks also had a very strong game, catching five balls for 78 yards and two touchdowns.

Green Bay was unable to establish a run game, as they were playing from behind almost the whole game. Love was forced to throw 54 times which led to Josh Jacobs only getting nine carries. He rushed for 51 yards on these carries, which was good for 5.7 yards per carry.

The Vikings are playing very sound football on both sides of the ball, and look like they are a very dangerous team. Already beating the Houston Texans, 49ers, and Packers early, they have proven that they are able to beat the best. The Vikings will travel to London to play the New York Jets next Sunday.
