Carter originally burst onto the NFL scene in 2023, appearing in 16 games during his rookie season, including one start. He recorded 33 tackles (20 solo), six sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery, earning PFWA NFL All-Rookie Honors for his impressive debut.
He was listed at No. 43 on the NFL's Top 100 players of 2025.
Now, the Eagles will have to wait until Week 2 to see Carter play his first snap of the season.
