Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is not expected to practice on Wednesday, as he is dealing with a foot injury, per Ian Rapoport.

Murrary's injury is peculiar.

He suffered a foot injury in the Cardinals' loss to the Titans on Sunday, but there was no visible indication of an injury on the field. He did not limp off the field; in fact, he exited after a fumbled snap and was examined in the blue medical tent before entering the locker room.

This was the play before Murray left the field to get checked out:

Murray was hesitant to be taken to the locker room, and returned quickly after and finished the remainder of the game.

Cardinals head coach James Gannon agreed that Murray's injury did not impact his play upon his return, but emphasized that he was not 100% healthy.

"I know he didn't feel great," Gannon said Monday. "So we had talked about that on the sideline when he came into the game — a couple of things that we had to stay out of — but I thought he functioned after he came in."

As of Wednesday, Gannon said that Murray won't practice due to his injury, and he is taking it "day by day".
