Trevon Diggs

The Green Bay Packers have added another former Dallas Cowboys to their defensive roster.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the Packers have added cornerback Trevon Diggs from the Cowboys via waiver wires.

Diggs has spent the entirety of his six-year career with Dallas, where he has racked up 240 tackles, 63 pass deflections, two forced fumbles, a sack and a fumble recovery in 66 games with the Cowboys. He notched 18 tackles in 2025.

The Gaithersburg, Maryland native spent four seasons alongside Packers defensive end Micah Parsons, who signed with Green Bay just a week before the 2025 NFL season. Despite Parsons' season ending ACL tear, Diggs now has the opportunity to reunite with his former teammate if he is signed with the Packers in 2026.

Diggs is added to the Packers secondary just one week before the postseason begins. He joins Carrington Valentine, Keisean Nixson, Bo Melton and Shemar Bartholomew in Green Bay's corner back room, adding some depth before the playoffs.

The Packers take on the Minnesota Vikings in Week 18, where Diggs could see his first action in the green and gold.
