Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins suffered a concussion during a 27-19 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night.
"We'll evaluate him as the Week goes on," head coach DeMeco Ryans said postgame.
Collins attempted to leap and grab a back shoulder pass on the sidelines early in the fourth quarter; however, he could not secure the catch, and while falling back to the ground, his head struck the turf. Collins entered the blue medical tent before being ruled out for the remainder of the game.
