Cleveland Browns

Cleveland erased a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Packers, 13-10, on a last-second 55-yard field goal from Andre Szmyt at Huntington Bank Field. The Browns’ defense and run game fueled the comeback and shut down Green Bay’s offense when it mattered most.

Top two takeaways from Browns' 13-10 win over Packers:

Fourth-quarter comeback seals the win:

Down 10-0 with under 10 minutes to play, Cleveland mounted an impressive rally. Grant Delpit’s interception set up Quinshon Judkins’ first career touchdown to tie the game, and Shelby Harris blocked a Packers field goal attempt with 27 seconds remaining. Joe Flacco led a quick 17-yard drive to set up Szmyt’s game-winning 55-yarder as time expired.

Judkins was the offensive catalyst, rushing for 94 yards and sparking the first scoring drive with a 38-yard run. Cleveland’s ability to capitalize on late-game mistakes flipped the script and secured the team’s first victory of the season.

Defense dominates in the trenches:

The Browns’ front seven made life miserable for Jordan Love, sacking him five times and forcing Green Bay into long-yardage situations. Six different defenders notched a sack, including Myles Garrett and rookie Adin Huntington, who recorded his first sack of his career.

The relentless pressure helped Cleveland keep the game close until the fourth quarter, and the unit’s late takeaways and blocked kick were the difference. The performance was a statement that Cleveland’s defense can carry games when the offense is slow to get going.
