The Green Bay Packers let one slip away Sunday in Cleveland, falling 13-10 on a walk-off field goal after holding a 10-point lead late in the fourth quarter. The loss drops Green Bay to 2-1 and ends its unbeaten start to the season.
Top Two Takeaways from Packers’ 13-10 Loss to Browns:
One Costly Mistake Flipped the Game:
Green Bay led 10-0 with under four minutes to play and appeared to be in control, but a third-down interception by Jordan Love completely shifted momentum. The turnover set Cleveland up inside the 5-yard line for the game-tying score, erasing nearly three quarters of dominant defense.

Cleveland took advantage, moving just far enough in the final 21 seconds to hit a 55-yard game-winner and hand Green Bay its first loss of the season.

Penalties and Offensive Struggles Proved Costly:
The Packers committed 14 penalties for 75 yards, constantly stalling drives and extending Cleveland’s opportunities. Even with a stout defensive effort, those mistakes gave the Browns extra life and proved decisive in the closing minutes.
Green Bay’s offense also struggled to establish any rhythm, averaging just 2.6 yards per carry and allowing five sacks on the day. Without a consistent running game or time for plays to develop, the Packers couldn’t take advantage of Cleveland’s man coverage and left points on the field.
