Brady, 36, has agreed to a five-year contract, according to the report. He has served as the Bills’ offensive coordinator for the past two-plus seasons under Sean McDermott, who was fired last week after nine seasons in Buffalo.
Brady joined the Bills in 2022 after two seasons as Carolina’s offensive coordinator. He initially served as quarterbacks coach before being named interim offensive coordinator midway through the 2023 season following the dismissal of Ken Dorsey.
He officially took over as coordinator for the 2024 season, helping Josh Allen win MVP honors and bolstering Buffalo’s running game with James Cook, establishing himself as a key architect of the Bills’ offense.
