As the NFL season is nearing its end, the finalist awards lists were released on Thursday as fans all season have been waiting to see who will take home various NFL Honors. This season has been quite the race for offensive players. Two of the five players on the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year list are also in the running for the MVP award. While Drake Maye is the second favorite behind Matt Stafford to win MVP, Maye sits at the worst odds out of the five to win OPOY. Christian McCaffrey is the other player on this list that is also in the running for the NFL but he has much better odds to win OPOY than MVP. The favorite to win the offensive player of the year is Seattle’s second year stud wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba. JSN could be the first Seahawk to win the award since Sean Alexander in 2005. JSN is the favorite on multiple sportsbooks to win the award and as many gamblers know Vegas is rarely wrong so expect the second year wide out to secure this award in the coming weeks.
